Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BloxDev (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile applications we publish (the “Apps”). By using our Apps you agree to this policy. 1. Information we handle We aim to collect as little as possible. • Account (optional): if you sign in, we receive your name, email and profile photo from your sign-in provider to personalize the App. You can use our Apps without signing in. • On-device data: your preferences, saved videos, game high scores and any comments you write on a video are stored ON YOUR DEVICE ONLY. Your comments are never uploaded, and no other user — not even the channel owner — can see them. • Leaderboards (optional): if you turn on score sharing, an automatically generated nickname (for example “Player 4821”) plus your score are stored on our servers and shown publicly to other users of the app. We never publish your account name. Entries are removed after 12 months. • Usage & device data: our service providers may process limited technical data (such as a device or advertising identifier and the app version) and usage events — which screens are opened and for how long, and how features and games are used — via Google Analytics for Firebase, to deliver ads, send notifications, keep the Apps reliable and understand how the Apps are used so we can improve them. These events never include your name, email, search words or which videos you watch. Where consent is required, analytics and advertising storage are only enabled after you agree. • Notifications: if you allow notifications, we use a push token (and the time you last opened the App) to send new-content and reminder notifications. It is used only to deliver notifications and is removed when it is no longer valid or on request. 2. How we use information To provide and improve our Apps, show relevant content, deliver and measure ads, send notifications you opt into, and keep the service secure. 3. Service providers We use trusted third parties that process data under their own privacy policies: • Google Firebase (notifications, configuration, analytics) — policies.google.com/privacy • Google AdMob (advertising) — support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543 • YouTube / Google (video playback) — policies.google.com/privacy 4. Children’s privacy When an App is configured for a general or children’s audience, we enable child-directed settings so advertising is limited to non-personalized, family-safe ads, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it. 5. Advertising & your consent (EEA/UK) Our Apps are supported by ads. Depending on an App’s audience setting, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or another region that requires it, we show a Google-certified consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before any personalized ads or analytics, and we honor your choice. You can change or withdraw consent at any time from Settings → “Privacy & ad choices”. 6. Data retention & your choices On-device data stays until you clear it or uninstall the App. If you signed in, you can sign out at any time. Your notification push token is removed automatically once it is no longer valid, or after a period of inactivity. You can delete data yourself at any time: Settings → “Delete my notification data” removes your push token and reminder activity from our servers, and Settings → “Delete my account” removes your sign-in account, your notification data and everything stored on the device. If you have already uninstalled the app, use the data-deletion page linked from our website, or contact us below — we action requests within 30 days. Leaderboard entries are removed after 12 months, and we do not keep any other account record on our own servers. 7. Security We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. 8. Changes We may update this policy from time to time.
