The service Our Apps are independent companions that let you watch a channel’s videos through the official YouTube player and play built-in games. They are not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with YouTube, Google, or the channels or creators whose content they feature. All names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners. 2. Content ownership All videos, trademarks and channel content belong to their respective owners and are delivered through the official YouTube player, subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms). We do not claim ownership of third-party content. 3. Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the Apps, disrupt them, reverse engineer them, or use them to infringe others’ rights or any applicable law. 4. Advertising and purchases Our Apps may show ads and may offer optional purchases (such as removing ads). Purchases are processed by the app store and are subject to its terms. 5. Disclaimers The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content will always be available or error-free. 6. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxDev is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps. 7.
